Vikram Pratap Singh is the founder and Keyperson of Grazing Goat Pictures Production House. The production company established in 2011. In 2013 Grazing Goat Pictures launched its Internet division Grazing Goats Digital, whose second product was India's first Hindi fashion channel called FOMO Fashion On My Own. Aimed at trend-conscious women, this YouTube channel provides online tutorials on various fashion subjects.

He is a Rajasthani Rajput. He received BBA degree from H.L. College of Commerce in 2003 and a degree in film-making from  Whistling Woods in 2006. After finishing the course at Whistling Woods, he assisted Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Subhash Ghai on  Guzarish ,Sawariya.  After returning to Ahmedabad, Singh started working as a Radio Jocky  in Radio mirchi.
